"Got the 3 piece chef knife set. The chef knife is blunt and the handle of the paring knife came off.
This is NOT lifetime because I used it just once and the 2 larger knives cannot be used as they are blunt."

"Got two stainless steel with that were silicone coated for Mother’s Day and the silicone is cracking and pulling away from the whisk. I only hand wash these and they should be lasting longer than a few months."

"When is the last (first?) time you bought anything that was guaranteed for life and the company MEANT it and stood by their word?

Years ago, I bought two Misto oil sprayers; one for olive oil and one for peanut oil (for Asian cooking). The peanut oil prayer never worked properly - it refused to spray and just shot a stream of oil; so I hid it away on a storage shelf and forgot about it. Recently, the olive oil sprayer stopped working. Somehow, I had kept the original documentation from the olive oil sprayer. Looking through the small insert, I was ASTOUNDED to see that it was guaranteed for life. I contact the MARVELOUS Customer Service people and was immediately sent a replacement Misto unit. When I found the defective peanut oil sprayer, I again contacted the same wonderful people and again they sent a new Misto replacement unit.

This is the way a company SHOULD treat their customers! I will go out of my way to look for their products and buy them even if they have limited time warranties!"

"WOW...What a superb customer relations company. My product was defective (only sporadically) so I wrote in to see what steps I could take to correct the problem. Instead of advice they sent me an entirely new unit. This was not a new unit but the literature said they would give service AND THEY GAVE GREATER SERVICE THAN I EVEN HOPED FOR! Thanks Lifetime Brands, bob (from California)"

"I have reviewed 3 products for friends and family. Please see following:
Farberware 6 piece classic cutlery set: I always found that Farberware products were high in quality. Initially, I Was surprised at the scaled down size of the cutlery set. I found that the size was ideal on the counter;it wasn't obtrusive and fit in most any area of the counterspace in the kitchen. I did like the size of the cutlery. The scaled down size made it easier to handle and use. I was also pleasantly surprised at the sharp blade on the knives that made carving, paring, etc. easier and more precise. I recommend this product. (2) 4PC Steak Set: The Farberware steak knife set looked sleek and the type/style I would see in a "Steak House." The handle was comfortable and easy to handle. The blade was sharp and sliced through my filet mignon as it I were cutting butter. I have always found that Farberware produced quality products and this was no exception. I would recommend this product. (3)
Kammenstein Set of 2 Electric Grinders: this is the first time I used a battery operated grinder. The instructions for inserting the batteries were clear and straight forward, no problem understanding the directions. Initially, I thought that the grinders would be a little unwieldy and would produce a coarse grind. Not so. The grind was on the finer side, the mechanics were easy (press the top of the grinder) and the LED light showed exactly where the salt/pepper were going. I was surprised by the ease of its used and would recommend this product."

"My mug does not have a way to close the flow of liquids. So have to keep upright. I had it outside with me when I was gardening recently and it started smoldering in the brown area where it has Copco logo. It melted the material and I put water on it before it actuslly started a fire."
